What You'll Do:
Implement a rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum tailored to meet the needs of every student
Collaborate with your classroom team to create engaging and effective learning experiences
Utilize data-driven insights to assess student progress and inform instruction
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues to ensure student success
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Massachusetts Teaching Certification (preferred)
Experience in elementary education is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
